The purpose of the Fish Passage Advisory Committee (FPAC) is to serve as the technical liaison between the CBFWA Members and the Fish Passage Center (FPC) on all fish passage and river operations issues. The FPAC is chaired by Paul Wagner from NOAA Fisheries, vice-chaired by Tom Lorz from Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC), and facilitated by Margaret Filardo from the FPC.
