The Council's funding recommendations for FY 2007-2009 include a reserve of currently unallocated funds. The Council expects that this reserve will be available to respond to several planned, but as yet undefined, needs including potential offsite mitigation requirements of a revised Biological Opinion for the Federal Columbia River Power System. Pending such definitions, the Council and Bonneville expect to be very conservative in recommending within year adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2007 budget recommendations. Please refer to the Fish and Wildlife Program FY 2007 - 2009 Budget Tracking and Adjustment Process for an explanation regarding the process associated with requests.
