Rescheduling Information
Rescheduling funds from one contract year to the next occurs in the first three months of a contract year. Rescheduling applies only when all of the following conditions are true:
- There is a need to change the timing of work. (This will entail an associated adjustment to a work schedule and contract spending caps.)

There is no need to change the project's overall scope.

There is no need to change the project's overall budget.

The work is valid and relevant, and the work can realistically be performed on the new schedule.

Funding will only be rescheduled to support distinct tasks/work elements within the FY 2006 Statement of Work that are above and beyond tasks/work elements scheduled in the FY 2007 Statement of Work.
All other project modifications should apply through the Within-year modification process.
